am i being discreet?
in a series of snapshots exploring the self in an attempt to understand williams’ own relationship with menstruation, she questions what societal influences have led her to being so ashamed of how her body was designed to function. in this project williams openly menstruates in unconventional locations in order to counteract the insinuation that menstruation should be discreet and unnoticeable by being explicit and overt - finding a way to be free in her cycle.
